Textual ASMR: Heart-Mending Magic

Textual ASMR featuring a witch who uses her power to heal your broken heart. Loosely set in the SoulMettle universe, though it's not necessary to be familiar with it.

Please share this page with your friends if you enjoy it! Everybody could use a little relaxation right about now.

You walk into a cozy sitting room that's everything you find comfortable and welcoming. A kind-looking witch whose demeanor puts you at ease looks at you and smiles.

Oh, there you are. Please, come in.

So you're here to have your heart mended?

So many people have wounded hearts these days. There are so many reasons. Some were betrayed. Some were worn out, or worn down.

It's so easy to get worn down these days. Seems like there's so much going on in the world, doesn't there?

And it just doesn't end.

But you know what?

That's okay.

We don't have to fix everything.

We can take time to rest.

Business, productivity, it's become such a way of life that we've forgotten that it's supposed to serve our needs, not the other way around.

We forget that we're allowed to look after ourselves. To take care of ourselves. To mend ourselves.

Please lie down on the chaise lounge over there. Get comfortable. Relax.

Feel how soft it is.

The cushions are velvet.

Do you smell that?

It's a blend of red, pink, and yellow rose petals, red and white clover blossoms, and apple blossoms, all simmering on the stove. They're all good for our purposes.

Are you comfortable yet?

It's time to start breathing now. Take long, slow, deep breaths. Let your body relax. Exhale your worries. Your doubts. Your fears.

Exhale the negativity that's settled in your bones.

Exhale the negativity that's settled in your muscles and your tendons.

Exhale the negativity that's settled in your skin.

...In...

...Out...

...In...

...Out...

...In...

...Out...

...In...

...Out...

Breathe as long as it takes.

There's no rush.

Let me know when you're ready to move on.

...

Now that you're relaxed, we can begin the next step.

Here's a wand. It's made of apple wood, which is very good for our purposes. Apples are long associated with health and healing. And also with love. And we're healing your heart so you can love again.

This wand is tipped with a red marble. I know it might seem strange, but transparent glass seems to work well for magic meant to bring clarity, because you're meant to see through it. And red is an emotional color, the color of passion. So, it will help bring you emotional clarity.

So often we forget to look for the magic in everyday things.

Now I'm going to move the wand over your heart, moving in clockwise spirals, in and out.

We begin the healing now.

Concentrate. Picture your heart. Picture the wounds it holds.

The bruises.

The deep cuts.

The little scratches.

All there from all the emotional trauma you've sustained.

See the healing light from the wand touch your heart.

Visualize the cuts closing.

Visualize the bruises healing.

Visualize the scratches disappearing.

It's okay if this takes awhile.

There's no rush.

Take as long as you need.

It's okay if it doesn't all heal in one day.

Broken hearts take time to heal.

You must give yourself time.

...

Can you feel your heart grow warm from the healing energy?

Feel that warmth spread through your body.

Feel it reach your limbs.

Feel it in your fingertips.

Feel it in your toes.

Do it as long as you need.

Let me know when you're ready to stop.

...

All done now?

I hope you're feeling better.

When you go home, you should take time to reconnect.

Reconnect with your friends.

Reconnect with yourself.

Do what you love.

Don't try to force yourself to get better. Let it happen at it own pace.

It's okay if it takes time.

And if you want, you can come back for another session.

If you don't feel better after a few weeks, you might talk to a doctor or a counselor.

If you can't talk to a doctor or counselor, just take care of yourself as best you can.

Now, sit up.

Take a deep breath.

Stretch.

Breathe again.

There you go.

Now you're done, and now you can return home.

Don't forget what I said - take care of yourself, and don't rush things.

And drink plenty of water, of course.

Goodbye, at least for now.

And good luck!
