It's a world where a lightning strike can give someone extraordinary abilities, but also where simply having wits and ingenuity can let one do wonders. It's a world where mages read and learn from old books, but where magic truly begins with the ability to see wonder and beauty everywhere.
It's a world where no good deed is unimportant, and although most people can't save the entire world, almost everyone can save someone's world now and then. It's a world where nothing lasts forever, but where words and actions in the present can create ripples that touch people for generations. It's a world where destiny is only an opinion and purpose is where you find it.
SoulMettle is about many kinds of people from many walks of life, each and every one of them important in some way. It's about being alive and living, about exploring, learning, and trying. It's about people being people in the best ways: finding their way through life, making mistakes and suffering setbacks on the journey, but getting up and trying all over again.
Where To Start
There's no wrong place to start reading, but if you want suggestions you might try Nora Kuong's Story, or you might take the metallum animae quiz for yourself or your characters.
