The Super Employee
Rather than being a superhero per se, you have a regular job that takes advantage of your superpowers. Maybe you're a superstrong security guard, or a doctor with healing powers, or even a farmer with the ability to summon rain.
The Pros:
You may not be making the world a better place in as glamorous or exciting manner as might have wanted, but you're getting a steady paycheck for it. Plus, depending on your inclinations and situation you may also have the opportunity to be a volunteer superhero.
The Cons:
Depending on your situation, you may have to take care that your powers aren't exposed. But really, the cons all depend on where you work.
