Apparently, when it comes to passwords it's better to have a slightly weaker password involving words you can actually remember rather than a "strong" string of wharrgarbl you're likely to forget.

These should serve you just fine in most cases (they usually score upward of 90% at The Password Meter), but I'm not to be held responsible or liable if your account gets cracked anyway.
